Fantabulous festival'ing-Vale view Petplan:

I think in some of those pictures he looks very happy. He is quite similar to my TBxWB though, at home he can be a right twerp though out and about he is really good. Its really nice to read such a positive post after all the carry on, and like a true competition rider you turned the negative into a positive and are better for it. Also he is looking really well, his coat is so shiny, what are you feeding him now? Does this mean you will be in H+H next week?? :D

Well done on a great result, not just in the ring.

The thread was pretty hard slogging but glad you found the positives in the experience. That's the problem with being professional, too - once you put it out there and start selling it, unfortunately you do give people license to comment. Look at the pasting pros take on here! Takes a thick skin sometimes! ;)

You should be very pleased, with both your horse and yourself. :) Oh, and great you got a cheering section out.

I've obviously never seen him live, but in these pics, he looks like a very elegant horse to me. May you always have such an easy feeling as today! :) Congrats!

Well done! He looks so chilled and trying for you :) Plus I love how chuffed and cute he looks in the presentation picture, like butter wouldn't melt ;)

When and where is the RoR champs-thing? I'd love to go and watch, both out of interest and to see what standard Wibs needs to be if we're going to try and have a go next year...

Congratulations! What fantabulous results!
You both look stunning in the photos (love the top hat!) and 64+% for your first Advanced is awesome!

Extra congrats for over coming the mental pressure and going out and strutting your stuff so confidently!

Good luck at the ROR Finals!

always happy to be part of team sparkle :D -if only in the vague hope that some of that prancey pranceyness will rub off on the supertanker & baby splodge;)

Well done, amazing job! Star looks incredible, really very posh and grown up dressage pony! He looks a little bit like the late two socks in some of them.
You have done such a remarkable job, he looks nothing like his racing roots now.

Wow congratulations what an amazing team you make, really look like harmonious and happy combination to me. Really, really well done.

Congratulations!! He looks a super star in the pics!!

You were just arriving as we were leaving, was lucky for you as you would have had a nutter woman coming to say hello and pat CS otherwise! Instead I had to settle for spying his nostril and a beady eye through the window!!

I went to groom for a friend, she was supposed to be doing the elementary but got shifted and only rode the medium.

2nd in the warm up and 9th in her class, he's not long been playing at mediums and was a real star, very happy faces all round!

CS was proper spying, I was tempted to say I'd left the grooming kit out so we could stop and I could come and meet the legend!

thanks, except the prizegiving, he was every inch the dressage pro yesterday

The video made me lol a lot- I think you'll find that he behaved exactly like a dressage pro in the prize giving :P

He looks fab, as ever, and you look very smart. I like your top hat, it looks really neat!

thats a great result Loopyloop, pass on my congrats :)

this was Cs's 5th Adv med, will do some of the harder ones next year, as warm ups for the PSG.

lolo-felt very exposed in my top hat, bizarrely the feeling of wind around my ears was quite unnerving, as usually they are tucked up under my headband if not in a *proper* hat!
