Fantastic customer service from Kong!

I always buy Kong! toys for my two, they have had the fillable ones, the Genius ones, the wubba and most lately - the wubba tugga!

Roly adored his wubba tugga, but not 20 mins after I gave it to him, he had managed to shred the canvas outer, strip naked the squeaker and was in the process of murdering that!

I obviously took it off him and binned it, but was for the first time, dissapointed in my Kong! toy purchase - they still have their original fill-able red kongs from when they were 1 years old! So this was out of the ordinary.

I emailed Kong! a lightheartd funny email, from Roly expressing his sadness at this and asking for some help.

Today I had a reply from Kong! addressing Roly ( which I though was brilliant!) and giving him some advice on what toys to choose and offering to send him a new toy that should suit him!! :D :D

How fantastic CS is that?! I genuinely wasn't expecting that and so so pleased - I had always had faith in the Kong toys and now I have faith in their customer service too.

Just wanted to share that, because in these times, it's rare to find a company so helpful and genuinely customer focussed!!
 
I agree with you there you dont find many companies willing to help their customers out. The first rule of customer service is and will always be:-

The customers pay your wages.
