Pony managed to make a hole in a brand new grazing muzzle he had worn for all of four and a half hours! I've used the same muzzles for years and they are usually very durable, so I guess this is a dodgy one. Despite me having purchased it at the end of April (to be ready for when the old one finally wore out) Speedgate have sent me a replacement at no cost to me, with incredible speed, and I had a batch of friendly and helpful e-mails as well! Companies are criticised on here for bad service...fair enough, but I just wanted to make a personal recommendation for great service...thank you, Speedgate.
