It is often quite rare to find really good service these days so I just thought I would share my recent pleasant experience.

I ordered some Cortavet from pharmacy4animals.co.uk that disappeared in the post. Without so much as a quibble they have shipped a replacement product and responded to my query in a very prompt and friendly manner.

It is quite rare to find this kind of service and I am really thrilled, a classic case of turning a bad experience into a positive one..why can more places not be this helpful?

Has anyone else had fantastic service from somewhere that has made them go back?
 
Equestrian Direct insure my 1st horse but are unable to insure my rescue girl who has severe liver damage due to ragwort poisoning. However, they have sent me details of how to make her a face mask to protect her from terrible sunburn...dimensions, pix, everything! Thanks ED! Also my local tack shop - despite about 5 requests - forgot to order my milk thistle from D&H. My girl depends on this to support her liver function and I was frantic as the next delivery wasn't due for a month. Tack shop rang D&H and D&H couriered me 2 tubs, next day delivery, no charge. Hardly a mammoth order - thanks D&H for recognising little customers are as valuable as big ones!

Yes, Holland and Barrett. I buy a lot of stuff for equestrian use. A package they sent went missing and without quibble or query, they instantly sent a replacement package. Brilliant
