I'm lucky enough to live by the Thermatex factory, so popped in this morning to buy a coat for Daisy. Unfortunately none fit - either too big or too small.

As I was on my way to taking the dogs for a walk they told me to go, and return once our walk was finished. In the meantime they'd run up a coat for me.

2 hours later Daisy has a bespoke Thermatex dog coat, and at a discounted price because the Director was utterly charmed by my little dog.

Unbelievable 5 star service!!!

they are great, they sent me a chest extender for a horse rug FOC. The rug was secondhand!

Thermatex dog rugs are really good-as are the dog blankets.
