FAO FMM, another showing question, Sorry!

Hope you dont mind me asking, but I am doing a couple of inhand classes with my youngster (well actually hes 5 but its his first outing) at the weekend, proberly pot. sports horse and hunter, and just wondered if what we had planned on wearing was ok....

Him:

Plaited main, tail (unless I get round to pulling it)
His Ridden bridle, but not sure what bit is correct

should he have a double in or snaffle?

Me:
Hacking Jacket, light trousers, jodh boots, shirt tie, and what should I put on my head?! also do I need to carry a stick?

Sounds like you are pretty much there! If you ride him in a double, then I would use the double for in hand as well. Plain leather, no fancy bits.

You turnout is fine - I would wear either a navy beagler, or a stockman type hat. I would carry a cane if you want to carry some sort of stick.
