In answer to your post yesterday, yes my lower leg was doing some horrible things when I saw it on video, particularly on 20m circles. On the plus side my hands were looking loads better than last time although they still need work. I ought to get OH to video me more often because I find it really useful.

yes and I have a gimpy left leg following several serious accidents which doesn't help the situation. Am I that one sided when I ride?
