Hi there, I currently rent a yard with 20 stables and 20 acres. I have been here for 5 years and the landlord is a nightmare. He digs trenches in the fields, takes fences down so my horses get out, leaves the gates open, operates heavy plant machinery whilst we are trying to handle horses....the list goes on and on. He is not willing to fix anything on the yard and started an outdoor school 4 years ago and still has not finished it. He has dug one of my fields up to make a car park for his tractors.....there is no point it talking to him anymore as I have been doing that for the past 5 years!
SO I really need to move ASAP. I am willing to consider anything...I have 6 horses of my own at the moment so will need room for them but I would also if possible like to take my liveries with me so could do with a larger rather than smaller yard. We need to live on but would be happy with barns to pen off so am open to all suggestions.
Please help me....I am at my wits end and soon there will be an accident.....he has already run one of my dogs over and then told me they were a nuisance!!!!!!!!!
