Farrier in Northwest England (North Lancs/Cumbria)????

Can anyone recommend a Farrier that will travel to the North Lancs/ Cumbria area?

Could you also give me an idea on how much they charge for a trim as I've noticed so much variation in prices between farriers recently.

Our farrier won't come down that far, we livein west Cumbria. But I will ask him if he can recommend anyone near you, they all seemed to know each other.

Also here is the farrier website, they allow you to search for farriers by name, postcode or town.

Log on to Farriers website & you'll find a list of farriers in North West. I pay £18 for a trim & am happy to pay that as my farrier is terrific.

Thanks, have seen the list, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good one. The last one I used wasn't someone I'd use again so I'd rather go on a recommendation rather than picking one out of a list.
