farrier made stud holes too big

hi all , my farrier was out last week and put stud holes all round for me as jumping on grass now . however, when i went to put the studs in over the weekend . some were bigger than the others and couldn’t fit the same stud in . he is coming back today to kindly sort it for me, however am i expected to pay for this ? just wanted to ask before i make myself look like a chump

^like what chocolategirl said you shouldn’t have to pay for something that went wrong and wasn’t your fault, if anything he should apologise for the inconvenience.

My partner who is a farrier said he wouldn't charge.....he also does not charge for a lost shoe if it has come off within a week of shoeing.
