Hi all,

I know there are a few people on here and as I am having no luck on my own hoped someone might have some names!

Looking for a farrier for an 18hh Clydesdale x Shire mare and her 8 month foal.

Struggling to find one locally and the one we have had, hadn't heard great reviews about but got out in the end as we struggled to get anyone else and they were getting well overdue! They are now due again.

So just wondering if any of you have any recommendations/names?
 
I use Elliot Hook and really rate him, he won't shoe the heavies but will trim :) Can pm you his number if needed. He's based Hawick though.

Do you know who is the farrier for Kimmerston, they have a few 'bigger' horses..
 
Would he cover down to my area do you think? If you wouldn't mind would be great. They don't need shoes just trims for the pair of them!
 
Trinity Fox, have used Michael Cross after few good words about him as we struggled to find anyone else and they were needing done. Not going to say much else about him but would like to get someone else this time.

Nixxyz, where are they based and do you have any contact details?
