Yes I'm looking for a farrier.
I have a horse on loan and the owner of the yard trims the horses feet-not very well. I'm also beginning to do a lot more road work with him and think that having front shoes on.

Gordon Howitt - he does mine and is very kind with her (she is very sensitive) and shoes her beautifully - vet told me "Never change your farrier"! which is a huge compliment coming from her!

Andrew Jones, he's reliable, kind and puts on a good shoe.

He charges £40 for fronts and a trim.

I second Gordon.

I also rate my own farrier Andy - reliable and well priced as he is just building up a client base of his own.
He is lovely with the horses and is normally early on appointment days!

I have his number if you like

Another vote for Gordon. My TBs feet have improved in the 9 months he has been doing him, he is always on time, ultra reliable and will always come out in an emergency or for a lost shoe. Brilliant guy!
