I'm looking to change my farrier and am wondering if anyone uses Fraser? I've been told hes really good. My horse has heart bars on the front and Im wondering whether he does remedial work. Also whats his manner with the horses as I've known a few to blow their fuse if the horse doesnt stand still.

Or does anyone know a good remedial farrier in n wales??

Thanks

Paul Woodal (Remedial Farrier) - Welshpool area but travels. I used to use him |(for many years) before we moved - he's brilliant - esp for remedial work!!! Highly recommend him!!! Expensive but VERY reliable.

Fraser specialises in remedial farriery, he also lectures alround the country.

I use him for my lot. He has just been up to fix the feet of a pony i put out on loan who came back with the most dreadful hooves ever. He always does a lovely job with my ponies, even the more oddly shaped hooves. He also has a very good manner with the Ponies, even one of my little oldies who who is very artheritic in his back legs. We even had one pony once who did everything except turn himself inside out to avoid being shod, fraser was brilliant with him. Very calm and didnt loose his rag like some farriers i know of.

So in short i think fraser is Brilliant, expensive but very very good.
