Fast Tack Direct - any good?

Thinking of placing an order and wanted to see if anyone had reviews

If you actually want it to turn up then dont bother! They are very awkward to deal with when you actually want to know where your order is.

I placed an order from one of their FB offers for a couple of winter rugs, arrived within 2 days with no issues. But this is the only thing I have bought so far from them, but no complaints yet (unlike Derby house)

ordered a pair of jods from them, the turned up and had a hole in, they sent out another pair, turned up and the button was missing, I just told them not to bother and got my money back

Use Thomas Irving - not only are their prices very good but you can speak to someone, they always pick up the phone and answer emails. I use them by choice.

Used them countless times; very good to deal with. Sometimes delivery is slow but they'll keep you up-to-date if need be. Refunds are delt with quickly too. Also if you sign up as a 'VIP Member' (its free to do) you get free P&P on certain items.
