Decided on a full clip and light rug. Doesn't look quite so humungous without the coat but her neck is like a concrete roll
Restricted grazing, no hay and a handfull of oat straw chaff for her vit E I will get there. Have set up a maze to strip graze so she will have to move to eat

She is very smart! Keeping the weight down on a welsh A is a nightmare. Mine is laminitic/cushings so on a totally bare field with 12 hour soaked hay and a handful of chaff. I can see ribs when he moves so he's not exactly fat, but still has pockets on his crest/bottom that will never go unless he is literally starved. No hot feet or pulses so I'm happy enough.
