What your fav thing about your horse(s) ?
i love my horses temperment and she gives me lovely kisses after stuffing her face in her soaked feed :S

He's one of the most handsome horses I've ever seen and regularly gets told so!

My boyfriend finds it hysterical how I can make him to go sleep by resting his head on my shoulder and stroking his face.....3,2,1, and he's asleep!

Oh my...I dont think I can pick a favourite thing. A thing I find quite funny is when the farrier comes she keeps holding up her feet even when hes finished. bless her

I think my favourite thing is that he is so friendly and I can do practically anything with him as he is so laid back

Ooooh, there's so much but three of the main things;

1. When I'm grooming her she will rest her head over my shoulder & go 'floppy' while I brush the underside of her neck & ears.

2. That you only have to hold your face to her muzzle & she will 'kiss' you

3. (the biggest thing I love about her) because I have arthritis in my knees I have good days & bad days & good days she will be her normal self & act like a 2 year old who pretends to be frightened of everything but bad days, she walks by me as steady as a rock while I can lean on her shoulder. If I say "steady" she will stop stock still & wait for me to steady myself until I say walk on again. Even at feedtime. She is an absolute star *heart*

Gigolo- He licks you constantly, arms, face, neck, hands anywhere that is bare skin. And he is just sooo gentle

Ulrich- Cheekyness of him, and his little bucks he puts in

Danny- The way he follows me everywhere round the stable and field

Trixie - Her complete, unfaltering gentleness with people and horses alike. She is the safest most loving pony on the ground you could ever wish for. (Changes abit when I got on board, all those years ago).

Shadow - The fact that she pulls the most horrifying faces but would never and has never kicked, bitten or knowingly hurt someone in her life. And also her appeal to all geldings that has ever known her. They ALL love her.

Boo - It has to be that sparky character. The noises she makes when she sees me (the high pitched whinnying/whickering) and the fact that she is so, so faithful when it comes to me. She knows I am her person.

Joey - The fact he has to pick up everything in sight in his teeth, his restlessness and complete zest for life despite his problems.

Rocco - The challenge he presents to me. The faces, the grumpyness. He likes to think he can challenge me on the ground and i'll stand down. LOL! And when he loses (not if!) his desperation for a stroke or a cuddle!

Monty- He's willing (well once he's been told to shut up and get on with it), he has the sweetest temperament and the kindest eye

One eye or not, he knows my car and me from a whole field away. He will call to me and come to find me if he is frightened or lonely or just wants is mum. He is kind and safe and gentle but still a horse full of character if you know what I mean. When he dies, a little bit of me will die with him and if that ain't a definition of love, I dunno what is!

1. His cheeky, almost devil-like, face!
2. His complete wall eye (off-side) and his part wall eye (near-side)
3. His gorgeous flowing mane!
4. His sweet and tiny hairy legs!
5. The way he nibbles the lead rein (and you) when you lead him around!

Dreamer - Oh there is so much I love about D, I just love him so so much!

1. He has schmexy legs!!
2. His gorgeous tail (that I always have to touch!)
3. The way he goes almost golden in the summer.
4. The way he can always make me feel better when I'm down and out!
5. The was he calls to me when I see him first thing in the morning!

I just love George's temprament, he is so laid back and will let me do anything with him, but he is also a bit cheeky and trys his luck sometimes which makes me laugh!

My girlie shows every emotion in her face and her eyes can go all soft like a deers.
Her jet black coat is always gorgeous to touch and put my face in!
She demands I scratch her withers and she will nuzzle my back in return, tho she doesnt last long but expects me to carry on regardless of cramp in my arm!!!
I sometimes have bad days when i am not so well and she would always be well behaved and quiet out hacking on these days.
