Hey, I have a subscription to this as I also thought the horses looked so happy and relaxed! I haven’t watched too many so far but have looked at some problem specific eg one on mounting issues really useful, she seems to do a lot about finding relaxation in the bend of the neck and body. I think a principle also found in other ‘horsemanship’ practices and parts of more traditional riding however seems pretty effective. A lot of her stuff seems to be liberty based which is new to me so haven’t delved into it much yet but there are lots of other general problem solving videos which focus on connection and relaxation in the horse.
