Feature HORSE magazine - dealing with tricky characters

I am writing a feature for HORSE magazine on dealing with difficult characters in the horseworld. Have you ever faced a tricky situation, perhaps with a awkward sharer, inconsiderate fellow livery, or unhelpful show organiser, for example? These don't need to be big, serious issues, just recurring day to day problems that made your whole horsey experience less enjoyable.
