People really do just take the piss don't they!
Firstly, despite me specifying in the advert that I want Bonnie to remain local, I've had phonecalls from Scotland, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire... and then they get grumpy at me for politely explaining I want her to remain close to home.
I also had some woman ring me up basically wanting some pity. She explained she'd just been conned when buying a horse advertised on the site mine was advertised on and asked if I knew how to contact the people who run the site. Then waffled on for a while about how she'd spent her life savings etc etc... which is all very well and good, but she wasn't even interested in Bonnie?!
Now, I've got someone coming to see her tomorrow. She spoke to me earlier asking to come tomorrow, then an hour ago asked if it would be possible to come on Friday instead, as she "feels ill and needs to rest". I explained that I'm at work, and she then huffily said "Oh it'll have to be tomorrow at 7 then!". I then expressed a concern that she would not have a chance to ride as it would be dark and my only access to a bridleway is down a fairly dangerous road, and I'm not permitted to ride in my field. She's then told me she can't come earlier as she's seeing another horse. Oh, so you're not so ill then, are you!
So now I've got her coming to see Bonnie at 7... for a fairly pointless visit, which won't involve her 'trying' her at all, and will upset Bonnie's routine and probably cause her to be irritated because she just wants to be playing with her feed ball rather than being made to stand with some strange person looking at her.
At this rate, I just won't go to uni and stay at home with my lovely horse forever!
Sorry for the rant, just getting weary of this whole process! xxx
