As another HE mum and owner of two ponies I feel your pain ... Time is precious, but as already discussed above so is your friend. I lost my best friend when we were both 17. Even now, in my mid thirties, I would give my left arm to be able to part of something so special with her. Love her, treasure her, roll your eyes openly and laugh with her over her indecisions. Then enjoy your ponies on Sunday, what will be will be, and then back to the HE wonderworld. You can do this. If you feel the bridesmaids aren't pulling their weight, tell them. That's not your poor friends fault and I would be very grateful if a friend took Time out, as you are, to support me.
