Took horse out for the second time this season - for various reasons we had a break from competition over the winter.
For the second time he was a total loon. We were doing dressage - admittedly it was raining but even so. He kept running off, spooking, going backwards, couldn't canter apart from with his hind legs in the air. Almost dropped me.
He was doing so well his competitions and is going great at home. I feel so embarassed and humiliated - it's like everyone was looking at me and my nutty horse!!!
Don't get why everything gets so exciting that he loses the plot.
