Feed Balancers for Laminitics?

Can you feed Feed Balancers to laminitics? I'm looking for a bit of something extra for my lad, now that winter is on the way. He's on Happy Hoof at the moment. Any suggestions, anyone??

formula 4 feet. my friend used to feed her laminitic pony on it and he always looked wonderful.

If you're feeding the correct amount of Happy Hoof, they shouldn't need a balancer.
But if feeding under the recommended amount, Baileys low-cal is excellent, smells lovely and lasts a long time.

Would highly recommend Top Spec Anti Lam. Their helpline is good too.

My pony has had laminitis in the past, she is fed on Bailey's Lo-cal.

I would highly recommend Blue Chip Lami Lite. I actually feed Blue Chip original through the winter and then the last bag in the spring is Lami lite.
