Feed companies - sponsorship?!

Just a random musing! What impact does feed companies sponsorship (of riders or events) have on your opinion of them and their feeds?

I'm curious as some if them seem to have huge campaigns on this kind of thing, but I'd rather get unbiased recommendations from here, than a riders endorsement of a product. Frankly, I'm interested on what's in the feed rather than what mr top SJer has to say about it! What about you - does it influence your purchases or opinions?

I dont think it influences me. For the majority, most horses don't need more than a few handfuls of chaff with a good multi vit, so im cautious about it promoting overfeeding.
