Feed company names please

Hi everyone, its been reccomended that I contact the feed companies and beg borrow or steal samples of food from them for my mare who is a very poorly girl and has turned into a fussy eater, so far I am working through the list below but if anyone can suggest any other feed companies I'd be really grateful:

Allen and Page
Baileys
Spillers
Saracen
Dengie
Dodson and Horrell
Pure Feeds
Winergy
Marksway

Ive just got off the phone with Allen and Page and they have been really helpful, they are sending me loads of samples and their rep is coming to visit the yard and will give me more samples and a free bag of feed! Now onto Baileys...

Ok, so far we have samples coming from:

Pure Feeds



Im still working through the list at the moment, the only other company ive spoken to so far are simple systems who do not do sample, they do do a 'starter kit' which is basically a load of samples for £15, but on the whole everyone that ive spoken with have been really great, very understanding, and it makes me feel much better about scrounging when they are so helpful:o:o
 
Second ImmyS' Rowan and Barbary - can't recommend them enough they are fab! The readymash extra puts on weight in a short space of time too - I saw a big difference in 4 weeks so should get some weight on her before she goes off it! Plus it smells gorgeous!
 
Simple Systems QB I do hope you can find something she will eat. I've lost horses to EGS and its just awful to see them wasting away. What ever she will eat helps. You can even try odd things like chocolate. ((((((((HUGS))))))))
 
British Horse Feeds have been mentioned already. FYI - they are part of a bigger feed company (specialising in micronized product) called I'Ansons based in Masham, North Yorks.

I'm sure they'll be helpful anyway but, if you're aware, you can give them the detail of why you are looking for samples and you can always ask them if there's anything that they make under any brand that would be able to help you, not just the products you've phoned up about.

Can't recommend Simple Systems enough - they may not do samples but please don't let that put you off, the difference in my horses since they have been on Simple Systems is incredible, both for putting on weight and keeping at a healthy weight and also for keeping horses lovely and chilled.
 
Ok, well I cant mentions some of the feed companies sending samples and not others, so THANK YOU HORSHAGE, who are sending me a load of samples too, and R&B samples arrived today... the Solution Mash smells yummy! :D
 
Another fab company: Blue Chip are sending out samples AND a £5 voucher, Sarah also suggested products from 2 other feed companies which are basically freeze dried grass... Im going to try these as she does love her grass im hoping that this will be a winner with her :D

LOL... dont worry I have them on my hit list too!! No one will escape without a call from me :D

Badminton have come up trumps and are sending me some samples of their Ultra Grass to see if she like it :D
