Looking for something pure I can add to what I feed already give him so not like competition mix or baileys. Like alfalfa, sugar beet, lindseed type things. He is stabled most of the time but ridden almost everyday, not lazy and can be forward but needs a bit more energy/motivation? when it come to jumping and stuff haha

The more regular exercise, the fitter he will become, but you can't always change the temperament from steady to enthusiastic.
Maybe he does not share your enthusiasm for jumping the same old fences day in day out. You may have to try a bit of variety. Cut out the jumping for a week and see if it refreshes him. Mix schooling with hacking etc etc. Can he be turned out with another to just "be a horse".
I assume he is not stabled all year round? You should try to take him out to graze in-hand if there is absolutely no turnout of any kind.

He's only jumped once a week or once a fortnight, he does enjoy it he just needs a bit more energy. We always do something different whether it be hacks, schooling, jumping, gallops. He is getting fitter as ive been riding more but sometimes he's just asleep haha

I think it sounds as though you have a super horse, he is safe and he is fun, just enjoy him.

The thing that made the biggest improvement to my horse's energy levels and enthusiasm was turning her out 24/7. She's so much more energetic all round, very responsive and is like a completely different horse to ride.
When stabled she was so dead to the leg and bored even hacking but NAF EnerG helped perk her up a bit but not to the extent full turnout did.
