I am currently feeding PureWorking with linseed and probalance+ to my 6 year old mare. It is such a hassle having to order it in bulk to my door and it works out quite expensive.

I was thinking would it be ok to swap the pureworking to soemthing like just grass and speedibeet with the linseed and probalance.

She wont have just speedibeet on its own or a lot of it. She doesn't seem to like sloppy feeds.

Would it be ok to just swap the scoops of PW she gets everyday to 2 scoops of just grass and some speedibeet with the linseed and probalance? I don't like feeding alfa and I cannot seem to find a chaff that is unmollassed and alfa free in my area.

I can't say I'm anywhere near a feed guru but I would say that should be fine. I googled pure working and it contains beet anyway as well as soya oil. :) You can make beet less or more sloppy btw.
Flash dried grass doesn't suit all horses so introduce slowly.

Isnt probalance a feed balancer? If so should only be fed if you are not feeding required amounts of concentrate feed.

Concentrate feeds generally contain minerals etc at a level of minimum requirement for health, as opposed to optimum levels, even when fed at the recommended amount. They are also formulated for an "average" UK pasture, so the OP may well still need to feed a balancer or mineral supplement.

Forage testing is the only way to get a truly accurate picture. Testing could save money in the long run though, if only certain minerals need to be supplemented.

I would really like to get my forage analysed but can't do this as we get our hay from different suppliers (I am at a livery yard so this is not my choice).

I do not feed the recommended amounts of pure working hence why I feed the probalance aswell.

There is no feed stores around me that stock honey chop or anything similar. The only thing I can find is the readigrass or topchop grass
