My 20yo wb has been feeling a little bit flat over the last few days and Im wondering if I should consider changing his feed. He just doesn't have that "oomph" that he used to
He currently gets 1/4 scoop of pony nuts and a 1/4 scoop of chaff (with garlic, oil, superflex, NAF veteran supplement and electrolytes when needed) and 3 large haynets a day.
He gets worked 5-6 days a week for about 40 minutes to 1 hour and gets jumped twice a week.
I was thinking about adding a little bit of competition mix to his current diet. He's a bit overweight at the moment so I don't want anything that's going to bulk him up.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
I can offer flying saucers and diet coke
