Looking for some ideas.

My mare has had a few trips to horspital earlier this year and although recovered and having competed a full season I just feel she's a bit deflated. Lacking top line and just not as sparky.

Vets are happy there's nothing 'wrong' as such and I just feel she is a bit flat. Thinking of changing her feed over the winter to see if that makes a difference.

We have 24/7 turnout with the option for the horses to bring themselves in and access to meadow hay adlib.

She is a good doer so only gets a little speedibeet currently to ensure she gets her supplements.

Any suggestions for a bit of a pick me up feed - also does anyone feed a pro-biotic? Is this worth trying?

I’d always give any horse lacking a probiotic as a healthy gut is the start point to assimilate nutrients. Protexin gut balancer is commonly used with success and is @20 quid for a 700g 30 day tub. It’s a mild enough probiotic to give to aid digestive health.
ETA - protexin easily mixed in with speedibeet. It contains a spoon of ground alfalfa as a base, so if your horse has alfalfa allergy, best use another probiotic

Its not a full spectrum probiotic, so if you suspect a real issue with the gut, poop consistency, transit times, gas, bloating, a more concentrated full spectrum probiotic would be more ideal.

Regarding commercial feeds for top line building, im sure others have recommendations, im not too familiar with brand mixes.

I love Pure Feeds, the horses do really well on them and there's everything in the one bag, so no faffing about. I think it saves money too, instead of buying feed and supplements separately.

Restore from global herbs is a good supplement to feed to get back a bit of sparkle, it's great after a bout of illness or the horses has been on a lot of medication I use sporadically through the year if I think my horses need a pick up.
