Feed information grumble

Why oh why can’t feed producers / manufacturers put the nsc on feeds they are recommending for equines with Cushings (PPID). They usually put the starch content but not the sugar content. I’m trying to find a feed with an nsc below 10% that my horse will eat.
 
Sometimes you have to go on-line to get the info.

I use kwik beet and copra for a mare with PSSM, along with oat chaff. She needs really low NSC.
 
Because most of it is totally unsuitable for anything with cushings, ems.
They want to name it something relevant yet pack it full of rubbish.
What is it you’re referring to? Maybe one of us on here will know.
 
Have you tried emailing the feed companies directly? I know it's a pain but they are usually happy enough to give out the answers via email.
