Who'd you recommend for horse feed? (Don't say Countrywide because they aren't in my good books that the mo!)

Whereabouts in Gloucestershire are you? This way (South Glos) there's Sodbury Vale at Oakleigh Green Garden Centre, Nichols' (Cow Mills) at Chipping Sodbury, and Patrick Pinkers.

I would have thought you would be buying in sufficient amounts to have an arrangement with a wholesale source?

You'd think!! I spent well over 10k in Countrywide last year on feed, and they took my 'special prices' for certain items and 15% off evrything else and changed it to one special price for one certain food and 10% off everything else... go in today and its now 2.5% off everything and no special prices... they do not deserve customer loyalty IMO!
Where I used to live we used to get wholesale and then even better we used Thorogoods but they won't deliver to our new place not even if we fill the lorry so I am looking for a new supplier... I always do my talking with my feet when people take the mick!!
