sorry another one of these posts. what are you feeding your horses, how old are they, how much work are then in, how are they kep (in or out) and what breed are thery!!!

Kwpn 7yrs in medium work out during the day in at night, gets 2 large haylage nets, 1large round scoop of A&P ride and relax split between 2feeds, 1scoop of dengie Hi fi mollases free in each feed, cup of horse and pony cubes in each feed and some fast fibre in each feed. plus supplements and carrots etc
 
AA x WB rising 6yrs - light work (hacking weekends only) Good doer.

Gets ad-lib haylage, 1 scoop of Fast Fibre with Pro Hoof Supplement at night.
Turned out 7-5 on poor grazing during the day with hay if frosty or snowy :)

he is out during day and in at night with ad lib hay

worked 6 days a week; once or twice lunged and the rest schooled either indoor or outdoor
 
1 retired 18 yr old welsh sec D x and one 16h appaloosa in light work (was hunting on same feed)- out in the day on rubbish grazing and in at night with ad lib haylage (this will be stopping as soon as grass starts to come through and they will go on hay) and small scoop apple chaff each with topspec Calm Balancer (recommend amount of one cup) in each and bit water to wet down twice a day.
 
14 yr old irish cob mare, no work, out on mud in day in at night, adlib haylage and handful of chaff with benevit supplement and sugarbeet

22 yr old Trak mare, light hack weekends lives with above adlib hay soaked at night haylage in field, half scoop pony mix with benevit and sugarbeet.

28 yrs old welsh A mare adlib good hay out in day in at night

9 month old ID foal adlib haylage, 300g suregrow and surelimb supplement out in day in at night

18 yr old competition horse - broken at present, box rest adlib soaked hay, carrots hidden in hay, scoop of very wet bran and soaked pony nuts, scoop topspec calmer,, benevit supplement. Treats include apples, mints, sprouts and even the odd sugar lump - he is bored and gets spoilt.

4 yrs old welsh a gelding - companion to the above in adjoining box where above horse can reach/touch him - adlib soaked hay and one carrot at night.
 
15yr old Arab mare in light work-1 scoop of a&p fast fibre and micronised linseed spread over two feeds.
Out during the day with poor grazing (was giving hay but weaing her off it now so she loosing a bit before the spring grass comes through) and in during the night with two hay nets (roll on 8wks time when she will be out 24/7!No more dreaded hay nets to fill!!)
 
Rising 3yo Arab x welsh b. Good grass in day, in at night with as much hay as he can eat

feed twice a day:
Sugabeet, baileys no4 conditioning cubes, pink powder & pony nuts :)

1 scoop Alfa A
Twice a day.

Ad lib Haylage at night.
 
7 yrs, 15hh, ISHxWarmblood, out in the day for 30 mins twice a day in turnout paddock, in at night, medium work:

Ad Lib hayledge - 1 scoop of Happy hoof, 1 scoop of speedy beet; morning and night.


10 yrs, 15hh, ISH, out in the day for 30 mins twice a day in turnout paddock, in at night, light work:

Ad lib Hay - 1 scoop Happy Hoof; morning and night.
