Feeding a fussy cushings horse

Would something like the One Cup balanver (GWF?) be any use? They only need the tiniest amount- Far less than Spillers so you may be able to better get her to eat that amount more reliably. I don't lnow how it compares to Spillers nutrient wise but if supposed to be fairly good.
Have you tried mixing someything like dried mint or apple joice to try and encourage?
I don't envy you, My oldest pony was a nightmare on Prascend. He would eat something for a very short time and then stop. I had bags of open food all the time wasted.
Current two are much more obliging so far!

Oh that's a good idea actually. BlueChip also do a range of super concentrated balancers that you only need to feed about 50-100g a day of?

I didn't feed this to my cushings pony, however my current pony gobbles this up by itself so it must be tasty as he can be fussy.

Apple juice worked for a bit then stopped, might work again as it's been a while. Think a small powdered balancer is the best way to go.

I am using, with success, Dodson and Horrell Health Mash in small amounts, to get 66 paracetomol and two bute into a fussy horse. Made up with warm water with some finely chopped garden mint run through it.

My shetty has never been interested in chaff or any type of feed really. He was diagnosed with cushings nearly 3 years ago, I have to physically put his tablet into his mouth, he is good at eating it luckily! I have to syringe his joint supplement into him as he won't eat it with chaff or feed. I mix in the milk thistle powder and his lamifree in with it too. He was fussy with the mash over winter (tried him with my other oldies hay cubes), so I do think he's got more fussy being on prascend.

Sorry forgot to continue my response! Could you syringe a powder balancer in, if they will tolerate it?
Syringing is a definite "he'll no" with this mare. Worming is the stuff of nightmares. If I can find a balancer that's concentrated enough she'll take it with a few handfuls of mix, it's the quantity rather than quality that seems to be her issue.
