Hello
My daughter has just returned to riding and we have a 15.2 thoroughbred she is 16 but doesn't look or act it.
Our yard owner has suggested that she may need feeding in the winter - she hasn't been fed previously and just had grass and hay.
She is a great horse, really well behaved and responsive loves being fussed over and appears to have no problems.
Her riding/ workload is increasing gradually and she is managing fine at the moment with some jumping and schooling.
I would be open to any suggestions ideas or experiences around if to supplement grass and hay and what to feed.
Many thanks
