Hi. My horse is stables at the moment because the field has become too mucky and wet. I'm wondering if it would be safe to cut some grass (maybe a lunchbox full) with scissors and feed it to her as a treat?

The cut grass to avoid is lawnmower mowings, as apart from horrid chemicals they can ferment in the tummy and cause colic.
I always used to graze my ponies in hand by the side of a road, the more wildflowers and natural hedges the better, not a busy road of course.

Yes that's fine. If you can find some thistle, and other hedgerow goodies it would be a very tasty treat for her. You could even find a horse safe small branch to pop in the stable for her to nibble on.
