Blue's definitely been flagging a bit lately, so I'm looking for suggestions to perk her up a bit. She manages 15 mins or so of activity and then it's like riding with the handbrake on!

She's a 15hh HW cob, 8yo. I'm happy with her current weight but want her to build more muscle. She's in light work at the moment - half an hour of walk/trot schooling twice a week, and around 90 mins of walk/trot hacking twice a week.

She's turned out during daylight and her field currently has plenty of grass. She gets a large net of unsoaked hay overnight, and two feeds of:
Large handful Dengie Healthy Hooves
Pro Hoof
Micronised linseed
Mint

Caveat: She's a really picky eater. Pink Mash is out, as is speedibeet.

Canter work!
If she’s sluggish after 15 mins it’s stamina from fitness that’s lacking.
You’ll find at first she’ll hardly manage any time at a canter but build it gradually and you’ll see a huge difference.
Then stick some rocket fuel in if still necessary ?
