but has now lost weight and looks good.i can feel her ribs easily and she doesnt have any creases or padding on her!
shes fed on hay, very little grass and hifi with a balancer.
she runs out of steam very quickly, even though she is ridden everyday and fairly fit.
i do 30-50minutes schooling, mostly in trot with equal amounts of walk and canter work or she does 25mins of lunging or an hours hacking.shes normally warm and a bit sweaty behind her ears at the end.
i am increasing her workload slightly as shes being taught more demanding work now.
i know oil is good for slow release energy but i dont want to feed anything too fattening as she is a good doer!
just wondering if anyone has any recomendations for something for helping to keep up her stamina?

Hi,

I posted about this a few days ago. Look under me and you will find the replies.
The best ones seemed to be D&H staypower, Baileys No6 (endurance mix) or Allen and page power and performance. Altho maybe she just needs some mix first as she hasnt had any of that yet. That might be enough.
I opted for staypower as the feed shop stocked it already and I only had half a bin left of mix so needed to start swapping!!
The lady from D&H advice line said Staypower was V good for good dooers. Ring them their good to talk too! There no is on their website
