Feeding help

I am looking for a few idea.
I have a lovely coloured cob which I have owned for 3 months. She is a very sweet mare but just lacks a bit of ummph. She can be spooky and sharp but soon runs out of steam. Anyone got any ideas on what to feed her?

There can be lots of reasons why a horse is as described. Slow release energy forms like more fibre or oil will help with stamina but if she is a good weight or overweight, any extra food not used up in exercise will just make her fatter and then this wont help the situation
