I have a 13 year old TB x ID who has always been good at holding his weight. Grass is pretty poor ATM and horses are living out and he has dropped quite a bit of weight and I am really struggling getting it back on. He is now having to stay in overnight and is eating 3 nets plus x2 daily feeds of alfa a and calm and condition.
I have stopped riding him due to his weight loss as I am quite concerned, spoken to vet and he has been wormed etc. quite a few are loosing weight and as well as having poor grass the hay isn't the best either.
Any advice would be really appreciated, thank you in advance
