As I am a total novice in this breeding malarky!! I would like peoples opinions/views on their feeding regime and quantities....
My mare is 7/8TB good doer out at grass with access at all times to stable at present I give her 2 small feeds a day comprising of Mollichaff herbal spillers H&P cubes and maintanance Topspec comp. No haylege yet as grass still good.
I am concerned that being her first foal she doesn't produce a monster!!!! she is 16.3 daddy 17hh!!!!!!

As long as she is having a well balanced diet at the moment she should be fine. It is the last three months of pregnancy that are the most important where it is advisable to feed a stud mix or stud balancer. This is because the foetus is growing rapidly and the mare needs extra nutrients for the developing foetus to lay down strong ligaments and bone.
Baileys stud balancer is very good.
