Feeding Question

Youngsters coming up 2 in April

Currently on Level Grow Mix and Chaff.
Spillers have said now they are rising 2 they dont need a stud ration and should be fed horse and pony nuts and cool fibre.
Im slighlty worried if this is correct, do they not need a feed to help them grow etc, any advice appreciated.

Most of the growing will have been done. Of course the horse still has growing to do but the majority has been done.

What you feed depends on many things, including breed, condition and growth to date. Ring Baileys and Dodson and Horrell to get their opinions on your specific horse and make a decision from there.
