I just read on their website about them and it sounds like something i might think about feeding. . .but

I got very confused. . .they were saying putting on wieght and all this. . .

I know that it is meant to promote muscle tone and help sustain topline. . .but

can someone just clarify what this feed does and what people think of it. . .

Complete silly person when it comes to feed

I use it all year (reduced rations in summer) for my TB, when he was ridden it used to keep him nicely muscled, and now hes retired it keeps his weight fairly constant (although he has no topline with him not being exercised) & makes him look fab! I have found his feet even with him been unshod are good as well.

I use it over the winter, it helped keep my TBs weight on and i thought when i started building up work her topline developed much quicker too. Also it has no cereals so should be totally non-heating.

Will definitely be using it again this year.

I have just startd using baileys No4 conditioning cubes for my young horse who needs weight and condition on. I have found that he has definately put condition on over the last 3 weeks of using and his coat is in great condition, would definately recommend.

All I know is that after feeding it to Ty for 2 days I was on the floor more often than not.....I'd only use for a horse that doesn't fizz up!

I think topline is fantastic. I have always fed it to my TB andswear by it in keeping his weight on and his condition. However I also feed good qaulity, adlib, haylage. I have often combined topline with a supplment such as blue chip or equilibra, just for the vitamins and minerals. I am about to start feeding Ready fibre extra - sort of a mix that you soak for 10mins and thn add to feed. Hopefully this will reduce the cost of feeding! Only about £11 for the bag and should last me a month or so.
