I was reading a post here a while ago about the benefits of feeding tumeric to horses with stiff joints.

Ive just brought a 400g bag from Tesco for £1.99, but cant remember how much people suggested to feed.

My pony is 14.2hh and is fed once a day.

Thankyou.

Thankyou quirky.

I am now faced with the daunting task of slowly introducing the bright orange powder, grain by grain into her lady-ship's tea!

Well, it's worth a try. She has been on Equiflex for about 4 years, but am going to give the tumeric a bash and see how we go.

I feed 20ml a day.

Horses usually love the taste.

I also feed Fenugreek - which they love too.

Linseed is also good for joints.
