I have been told by Feedmark that Meadwsweet is safe to feed alongside the Joint Supplement Best-Flex HA but it hasn'r been made very clear whether worth it beneficially for our 15yo pony who has hock arthritis and likely some muscle/ nerve discomfort. The pony is a happy hacker and I am keen to keep her as comfy as possible.
The Best-Flex HA has Boswelia in it and our pony does not show an signs of lameness or discomfort whilst hacking but has hock arthritis in both. I don't want to overdo the supplements so do I wait til she shows more signs of discomfort ?
Does anyne feed meadowsweet for muscle/ nerve discomfort ? We don't have any digestive issues which Meadowsweet is used a lot for.
