Feedmark best flex or Forge plus?

Hi all, so my horse has hock arthritis and is being treated by the vet, I’ve had him on bestflex HA for 2+ years however the vet recommended Forge plus having looked at the ingredients it’s hard to tell which is the best any opinions/shared experiences welcome

I would go for something like 4cyte or Hestavard Bozmerix

Omega flexology, we love it and very good value. Have a look at the ingredients it’s got similar to best flex although lower concentrations. Made a big difference to our mare x
