Solo has had what i thought to be mud fever all summer, on his 3 white legs.
It had cleared up on his foreleg but its taking some shifting from his hind legs.
It wasn't until yesterday that i realised that its actually sunburn...
I think he's got burnt because although he's TB i'd kept his heels clipped quite closely (so i could treat the mudfever) and the sun has burnt them.
Its really sore and apart from putting suncream on i dont really know what to do to it.... should i keep picking the scabs off or should i leave them?
