Gorgeous George
Well-Known Member
Some of you will know I have suffered with confidence issues since getting George (my first horse) 3 years ago. This year we have really been getting it together and I feel so much more confident, and really trust George
- this probably means that something is about to go spectacularly wrong (hope not)
Anyway, to get to the point George and I are going to our first showjumping competition (aside from a couple of clear round attempts) in nearly a year, and we are going to try the 2ft 6 trailblazers 1st round comp near by. We have been having jumping practice and are managing 2ft 6 ok, but putting a whole course together in a competition - eek
So Saturday is the day, and I am just hoping my nerves don't fall to pieces. It would be a dream come true to get a clear round, but my aim is to get there, go in and actually get round, regardless of how many poles end up on the ground - all pref without blubbing
So any good luck, get a grip vibes would be great
