Hi everyone.
I've had my horse for 2/3 months now.. he needed some work when I got him, he's lost all his muscle on back end and top line as he had been out of work for 8 weeks. We were happy pootling around the fields and going on short hacks with some friends on the yard until one day he decided to plant me onto the concrete. Didn't ride him for 3 weeks waiting to get a new saddle for him as I thought his old one must be the cause for the bucking. When his new one arrived I was excited to get riding again until he bucked me off in the school. I'm now waiting to get his back checked so that's more waiting and no riding! And as he is on grass livery I'm feeling very miserable and guilty as I don't feel like going to see him some days (I do go every day) and feeling like I should of just bought a horse that was 'ready to ride' etc etc as don't know if I have the experience to bring him on.
There really is no point to this thread, just wanted to vent as feeling like a bad mummy for not wanting to go see my boy.
