To add - we are near Heathrow, so open to suggestions of recommendations for farrier or trimmer.
I won't let the 3 other farriers I know of this way within barge pole distance of her feet, this was the best one sadly!

She hasn't been cushings tested - maybe I'm being thick but I thought they couldn't have both EMS and cushings? Curious as to why you ask?.

I'm afraid they can and do get both ems and Cushing's and I would get her a Cushing's test now during the autumn peak.
Cushing's can give a lot of odd symptoms and is worth ruling out especially with all the signs on her feet of long term laminitic changes. The heels on the feet are contracted too and shoes off is best to let that recover but check and medicate if needed Cushing's asap would be good.
