Both my horses don't wear shoes. The mare sometimes struggles though over stones. I don't really want to get shoes put on. Is there anything on the market that helps toughen up the feet? No doubt a long shot.

I'd use boots until her feet improve. I wouldn't touch Keratex. I'd look at her diet to see if it need tweaking too.

I wouldn't say there was that much wrong with her feet as such. Just when she happens to stand on stones, possibly in a specific place on her feet she struggles with. I just thought maybe there was something that would help toughen her feet up which would lead to her coping better with the stones. I'd say she was pretty healthy though. She's a Fjord, a good doer so only gets a token feed in the evening of Dengie Hi Fi Lite so that I can include garlic and Naff general purpose supplement and she also gets Linseed oil.

Many thanks for all the replies!!!
