To reg horse and rider you have to do it annually and they dont send you reminders I dont think- I've never had one anyway!

An FEI passport costs a bomb and lasts for life.

FEI passport does expire can't remember but think mine has a valid til date somewhere on it. The FEI registrations are due the start of each year.

they last 4 years!!

Right, well Moon's only ever getting one so she'd better reach 4* within 4 years of her receiving hers then!!!

You're joking?!

So not only are they ludicrously expensive but they also expire?!!

Yep. I'm hoping it is half price if I don't need the cover next time

. Iwill have to suggest to Sarnie she has 3 years left to get t 4*! She is not impressed as it is as we have a lesson at 9 tonight so only half supper.

It cost me over £200 for my mare's one! Completly outrageous cost, and yes it does say a date on it somewhere which I have ignored!!!

Ditto, huge expense which they refunded for me as para passports were free last year as it was the first time for FEI para in the UK (think that's right), was annoyed to see that it expires in four years and the whole vaccinations every six months is just a bind.

Don't forget you can do CCI*s, CIC*s and CIC**s in your own country all without an FEI passport, just by paying the annual fee (£15 each for horse and rider?)...
